This is typical of an underdrawing that I would ink later. I haven't used my Wacom tablet much yet, so I'll try inking this one digitally. Maybe I'll physically ink it too to see what the difference will be.
This is from a photograph in a book I found called A History of Aerial Warfare. It's exactly what it sounds like. This anti aircraft gun was originally used in the 1870's to shoot down the balloons used by the Parisian postal service. The pivoting wheels are very clever, and I have to assume by the look on his face that this man is good at what he does.

How terrifying it must have been to be shot at in a Balloon.
